Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground unless other arrangements are made. 
Container pricing is available for all ARI products. Please telephone us if you have 
any questions or need a shipping quote.

New Customers
Customers placing an order with Antique Reproductions, Inc. for the first time are 
asked to send us a photocopy of their resale certificate.

Returning Merchandise
To return an item, please telephone us first at 877-508-2897.
Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Claims
All damages and shortages must be reported to us within seven (7) days 
of receipt of shipment.
